Within the scope of the ‘Technical Assistance for Establishing Strong Monitoring, Evaluation and Coordination Mechanism for National Roma Integration Strategy (for the Action Plans)’ project, the 1st Working Group Meeting was held via an online platform on December 23, 2020. Relevant departments of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, representatives of the Ministry of National Education, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and the Technical Assistance Team of the project have participated to the meeting.
During the meeting, information was provided on the preparations for the Monitoring and Evaluation Framework planned to be created within the scope of the project. The opinions and recommendations of the representatives of the public institutions and organizations for improving the monitoring and evaluation on Strategy Document for Roma Citizens and II. Phase Action Plan (2019-2021) were noted to contribute to the future studies. The meeting was ended after the information was shared with the participants that the working group meetings would be held at regular intervals during the project.
”Technical Assistance for Establishing Strong Monitoring, Evaluation and Coordination Mechanism for National Roma Integration Strategy (for the Action Plans)” has started to be implemented as of July 08, 2020. The project aims to monitor and evaluate the work of all responsible ministries related to the implementation of the “Action Plan for Roma Citizens”.
